POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS
As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. You will also collaborate with the other partners to align the restaurant’s goals and strategies with Cristy’s vision and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Recruit, train, and supervise the restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Design and update the menu, pricing, and specials, in accordance with Cristy’s brand and standards
- Monitor and control the food and beverage quality, cost, and waste
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, and resolve any issues or problems
- Manage the restaurant’s budget, cash flow, and accounting
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or casual dining setting
