Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and perform health assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Perform venipuncture and administer medications, including inhalation therapy
- Assist with coding and documentation using electronic health record systems, such as Cerner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in [STATE]
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by a recognized certifying body
