Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

My HR Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach our target client base from brand awareness to product promotion.  The Marketing Coordinator is expected to work Monday through Friday 8-5 with exceptional circumstances, occasionally. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

• Microsoft Office 365 (required)
• Adobe CC (supporting documents required)
• Web Analytics (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of HTML and Web Development (preferred but not required)
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Demonstratable experience having strategic conversations with potential/current Clients and/or Vendors.

  • Educational Training
  • Promotional
• Advertising Material such as:
  • Apparel
  • Promotional give-away items
  • Brochures, Business Cards, Fliers, Etc.
• Digital Advertising such as:
  • Video
  • Website Maintenance
    • Blog
    • Content Management
  • Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business)
  • Google SEO      
• Analytics (Data Interpretation) for events, Digital advertising campaigns, and Advertising material
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Business Development.

The incumbent will be:

• Responsible for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging service offerings that have value for both potential and current clients
• Responsible to plan, manage and execute projects from concept to completion
• Responsible to work cross-functionally across all departments
  • Examples could include
    • Document
    • PowerPoint
    • Internal communications
    • Employee event communications
• Responsible to provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results 

• Responsible for all Marketing (digital, print) design, creation, completion
• Responsible for understanding the company, its products, and customer base in order to create effective marketing campaigns
• Ensure all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy
• Commission opportunity for all inbound leads generated by marketing
  • Leads will be handed off to the Business Development Manager(s)

Education and Experience

• Minimum High School Graduate or G.E.D. (required)
• 2-years customer service and teamwork experience OR a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing

Physical Demands and Job Context

This position requires the ability to travel to different locations during all times of the year and lift up to 50 lbs. Travel up to 30%, and may include overnight stay, including weekends. Indoor 90%/Outdoor 10%.
