Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for keeping up with all CRM intake orders and outgoing delivery and installs of Iron and accordion doors. Including all invoicing, receiving and distribution of funds. That will Intel working with directly with the President and Vice President of the company on a daily basis along with the sales force and customers.
Responsibilities:
-Become an expert on ZOHO CRM, Bookkeeping, Marketing, Directoring, Sales, etc...
- Be able to communicate with our sales staff, Customers and Manufacturers on a daily basis.
- Help in Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Scheduling delivery and install appointments with clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and exceptional service
Skills:
- Experience with financial Bookkeeping and some Accounting
- Proficiency in ZOHO or Salesforce or CRM Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to be organized and efficient with multiple tasks at once.
