Job Title: OMS Engineer (Outage Management Engineer)

Summary:

The OMS Engineer will design, implement, and support order management systems (OMS) to streamline order processing and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the OMS integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems and meets business requirements.

Job Description

This role may require on-location work with customers.

• Responsible for administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the eTerra OMS platform, processes, touchpoints with other Client modules, and external touchpoints.
• Admin, Maintenance, Support eTerra OMS Platform Develops and Maintains OMS processes.
• Understanding of touchpoints with other Client modules and other apps
• AMI Filtering Rules Engine technologies
• Design, develop, and implement OMS solutions to meet business needs and optimize order processing.
• Customize and configure OMS software to align with company workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and data exchanges between OMS and other systems.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience with order management systems, including design, implementation, and support.
• Experience with integrating OMS with other systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., SQL, Java, Python) is a plus.
