Job Description

- Responsible for administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the eTerra OMS platform, processes, touchpoints with other Client modules, and external touchpoints.
- Admin, Maintenance, Support eTerra OMS Platform Develops and Maintains OMS processes.
- Understanding of touchpoints with other Client modules and other apps
- AMI Filtering Rules Engine technologies
- Design, develop, and implement OMS solutions to meet business needs and optimize order processing.
- Customize and configure OMS software to align with company workflows and processes.
- Develop and maintain interfaces, APIs, and data exchanges between OMS and other systems.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience with order management systems, including design, implementation, and support.
- Experience with integrating OMS with other systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., SQL, Java, Python) is a plus.
