My Perfect Stays is recruiting a candidate for an Owner Relations Manager who will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of owner relations processes to enhance owner satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide detailed reports on owner relations activities, issues, and trends to upper management.
- Work with a focus of high performance and professional growth.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and motivated toward company goals.
- Set clear objectives and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Owner Relations department and regularly report on progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve owner relations processes.
- Assist with property care in the field working alongside our Onboarding team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Dependable and able to work 9am to 5:30pm daily (40/hr. per week)
- Be very comfortable with learning new computer software, and be proficient with core Microsoft Office programs.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Prior property management experience or real estate.
- Familiarity with Maui resorts and condominiums.
- Candidates currently living in the Lahaina area are a plus.
