Client Care Specialist

Position: Real Estate Inside/Inbound Sales Associate

Location: Federal Way, WA

Job Type: Full-time in person position

Responsibilities:

· Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to establish rapport and nurture relationships.

· Identify client needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.

· Educate clients on current market conditions, trends, properties, and the buying/selling process.

· Schedule appointments and consultations for clients with our team of real estate agents and lender partners.

· Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to keep clients engaged and informed.

· Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and support throughout the sales process.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in our CRM system and your agent/lender partners.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for connecting with people.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.

· Fast learner and learning based and a great listener.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Bonus’; depending on previous experience and skills

Schedule:

6-8 hour shifts depending (40 hour work week)

Monday to Friday and Saturday option after training complete
