My Senior Health Plan is looking for a motivated sales professional with an excellent communication skills and a strong background in business development, sales, and customer service!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Makes outbound calls with assigned leads;
  • Takes inbound calls;
  • Gathers relevant information and inputs into the CRM;
  • Efficiently processes leads by live-transfer or booked appt.;
  • Triages live transfers to closing managers;
  • Books appointments and follow-ups for closing managers;
  • Creates client profiles and updates CRM/dialer accordingly;
  • Uses appropriate sales tactics and rebuttals to capture new clientele.

Must-haves:

  • 3 years experience in inside sales;
  • Preference given to bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish;
  • Excellent phone presence;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Professional and personable demeanor;
  • Proficiency with all MS Office applications;
  • Excellent multi-tasker;
  • Tech-savvy;
  • Eagerness to learn new tasks and grow with the company;
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities for continued growth & development;
  • Maintains a sense of urgency with all tasks;
  • Experience with an auto-dialer preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
