Job Description:
My Studio Sessions is seeking a dynamic and organized Operations and Strategy Manager to help drive our growth and streamline our operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about the music and recording industry. You will work closely with the founder to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives that will take our business to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and sign up recording studios.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Schedule and conduct sales visits and meetings with potential clients.
- Organize and manage participation in events, such as the AES convention at the Javits Center.
- Create and maintain a project roadmap, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Direct and coordinate efforts among staff members, including sales, web programmers, app programmers, and customer support.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations to alleviate the founder’s workload.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New Studio Sign-ups: 5 new studio sign-ups per month.
- Website Traffic: 20% increase in website traffic over the next three months.
- User Engagement: 15% increase in user engagement over the next three months.
- Sales Meetings: Schedule and conduct 10 sales meetings per month.
