DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: (Required)
TxDOT requires the services of 1 Software Developer hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Software Developer 3 and the specifications outlined in this document.

| 9 | Experience with Information Technology projects |
| 5 | Experience designing and deploying BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau; experience with data warehousing projects, data preparation, and data gateways |
| 5 | Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis |
| 5 | Experience working with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS |
| 5 | Experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects |
| 5 | Experience using JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries |
| 5 | Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights |
| 5 | Experience developing and organizing IT Application departments according to the mission and goals of the organization |
| 3 | Experience with software and/or asset management, include reporting of compliance metrics |
| 8 | Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff. |
