Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Team Member. This position will involve various tasks related to tree care, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance. Responsibilities: - Perform tree trimming and pruning to ensure the health and aesthetics of trees - Assist in the construction of outdoor structures such as fences, decks, and patios - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks - Provide general maintenance for landscapes including mowing, snow plowing, and irrigation - Participate in hardscape installation such as paving stones and retaining walls - Assist with garden care including planting, weeding, and fertilizing Requirements: - Previous experience in tree care, landscaping, or related field is preferred - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs - Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently - Strong physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or prolonged periods of standing or bending - Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and skills.
