About the role
MyEyeDr. is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Digital to join our dynamic team at a leading private equity owned vision healthcare organization. The VP of Digital will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s e-commerce and digital strategy, operations, sales, and aligning them with overall business objectives.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, this is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.
You Will
- Develop and execute a clear, compelling, and unified strategy to grow organizational omni-channel capabilities
- Responsible for all aspects of eCommerce including product offerings, promotions, and customer management across various platforms
- Create robust site content and omni-channel experiences, utilizing research, data, and analytics, including site navigation, content development, and checkout funnel optimization
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and ensure a secure, scalable, and efficient e-commerce platform
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer conversion and retention
- Build and oversee online merchandising strategies, content management, promotional strategy, and third-part vendor relationships
- Lead a high-performing digital and e-commerce team providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Oversee resources, staffing, and the enhancement of a best-in-class team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimized end-to-end experiences
- Foster a culture of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and augmented reality to enhance the patient experience
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a professional digital organization with strong business judgement and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, including SEO, SEM, and social media, with an understanding of core business processes
- Retail/Omnichannel experience preferred, passionate player/coach attitude, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a "peer" with other MyEyeDr. leaders
- Strong bias-to-action, are proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about your work

Salary : $133,000 - $168,000
