- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Manage procurement plans to ensure target in-stock availability.
- Collaborate with various stakeholder teams such as operations, capital planning, finance and suppliers to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for supply chain improvements.
- Lead projects/programs to improve supply chain processes and implement best practices.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of supply chain professionals.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
- Master's degree
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in cost/benefit analysis of project proposals
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
