Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize technical training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and/or technologies in accordance with contract(s) and budget. Each day, you will manage training delivery using correct products and materials. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in identifying / determining appropriate training courses for customers.The work model for the role is: LI# On-siteThis role is contributing to the Motion NEMA Motors in Columbus, MS. - Preparing training materials and equipment needed for new product training(s).â
- Providing relevant internal resources with all documents needed for invoicing.â
- Ensuring excellent customer service and securing high level of customer satisfaction through trainings and supporting processes.â
- Gathering / making arrangement for products, tools, peripherals, and documentation needed for training courses.
- High School Diploma or GED AND 6 yearsâ experience OR Associates degree AND 4 yearsâ experience OR Bachelorâs Degree AND 2 yearsâ experience
- Previous Health and Safety or Training experience preferred
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Must be able to understand and implement OSHA regulations where applicable.
- Proven track record in safety, quality, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in leading direct employees to obtain specific goals.
- Experience in continuous improvement through leading change and MS 365
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
