Facilitator

As a Warehouse Facilitator, you will improve and maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and facility organization.

You will ensure accuracy and traceability within the inventory management system and maintain excellent communication with internal and partner operations to ensure consistent results are met and issues are made transparent.

You will apply "after action reviews" and PE tools to inspire change to optimize the business. Additionally, you will provide training as required and ensure standards are maintained.

Essential Skills / Experience :

• Minimum 5 years industry related experience with High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years industry related experience with an advanced degree.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Warehouse and shipping experience.

Desirable Skills / Experience :

• Fully qualified for all functional tasks within the department (SAP transactions and all processes associated with Materials movements)
• Proven capability to author deviations and standard operating procedures
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to acquire Forklift certification within 3 months of hiring
• Must have ability to work shifts and overtime as required
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations
• Experience with international shipping, including hazardous materials (dry ice).
• Preferable Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Operations.
