Seeking candidates with proven call center results in Flint or East Lansing, Michigan.

Work Schedule : 8 am to 7 pm Central time. The employee will be assigned an 8-hour shift during that period.

What’s a typical day as a Contact Center Customer Service Inbound / Outbound II? You’ll be :

• Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
• Recording consistent problem areas and providing solutions
• Responding to email inquiries
• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Communicating complex information and addressing related questions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have previous customer service experience
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are comfortable using computer systems
• Have the ability to handle routine and non-routine calls
• Are bilingual English / Spanish or English / Arabic

Working Remotely Requirements :

• 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload internet speed, at least 30 GB of data (50 Mbps if you share internet with others in the household)
• Quiet place / distraction-free, smartphone or tablet
• Working remotely is not a substitute for dependent care.
• Able to give a 3-month commitment (there is no approved time off during training)
