$18.00-20.00 Per Hour

Monday through Friday- 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Multi-tasker

Associates in Business with minimum two years credit / collection experience is preferred, candidates without an Associates should have five years credit / collection experience.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Managing day to day collection activities for your assigned region to improve the overall account delinquencies.
  • Calling customers, taking incoming calls, arranging for payments and working with account reconciliation and negotiation.
  • Resolving customer account inquiries while providing excellent customer service. More details provided during interview
