We are seeking an experienced individual to fill the long-term contract position of Inventory & Warehouse Analyst within our supply chain department in Seminole, TX.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Materials Management, with knowledge of ESP being a plus
  • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
  • Ability to work independently in both an office and field environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment

Essential Job Duties :

  • Complete routine physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy
  • Manage the ESP Cable inbox, receiving emails from at least 5 different vendors
  • Enter all inbound and outbound movements of ESP cable and other material into SAP
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements
  • Create purchase requisitions for inventory purchases
  • Work closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on-hand inventory
  • Understand and apply all company environmental, health, and safety policies and principles
  • Maintain compliance with proper regulatory guidelines such as SOX, COPAS, etc. 9377761
