What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance professional? You’ll be :
- Accountable for the operation and maintenance of various systems, including compressed air, process water, chemical system filters, fire suppression, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Maintaining good communication with team members.
- Operating forklifts, scissors lifts, and boom lifts.
- Maintaining log books and assisting with equipment relocation and installation of various systems.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical skills, including plumbing, piping, and HVAC.
- Are able to work with high and low voltage circuits.
- Have experience operating forklifts, lifts, and other equipment.
- Can read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
- Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
