Professional & Industrial is looking for Solderers to work at a global manufacturing company headquartered in the Gateway area of St.
Petersburg Florida, specializing in the defense and aerospace industry!

Details
- 1st Shift : 7 : 00am to 3 : 00pm (will be mandatory overtime)
- 2nd Shift : 3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm (will be mandatory overtime)
- Pay Rate : $20-$23 / hr - depending on experience (6% shift differential for 2nd shift only) Why you should apply to be a Solderer :

- Gym and wellness center onsite How will you contribute? You’ll be :
- Performing various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole, and hand-soldering.
- Performing special soldering and assembly processes including validation builds and engineering sample builds.
- Responsible for performing a variety of routing tasks to inspect accuracy of machine and manual placement of parts along with their solder ability.
- Repairing defects in line and enters defect data into CIQ system.
- Required to do solder touch-ups on the circuit boards if needed on either side of the board and at post wave.
- Able to touch up on hand soldered parts, wire adds and various modifications using visual aids to ensure all components match the bill-of-material description and are placed in the correct location with the correct polarity.
Your Key Qualifications as a Solderer
- Advanced soldering experience is required.
- Able to properly solder according to work order specifications.
- Able to follow detailed verbal / written instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
- Organized skills
- High School diploma or GED (required).
