Kelly Science, a global staffing and solutions provider of specialty talent, is currently recruiting for a Process Operator for an electronics manufacturing company in Chaska, MN ! This position is responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment on an assembly line.
Pay rate : $21 - $23 / hr based on experience
Shift : 1st shift 7am - 3 : 30pm
Duration : Long Term Temp
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment
- Coordinate with other team members to set up machines
- Ensure board loader and feeders are continually kept loaded with the correct parts
- Maintain and load solder screen printer; operates LSM machine to check amount of solder paste applied to boards
- Enter data into CIQ system
- Maintain orderly work area
- Monitor machine rejects to assure parts are being sorted and ran on a daily basis
- Maintain necessary documentation
- May perform basic quality auditing, testing, and troubleshooting functions
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years in manufacturing environment
- Machine operation experience a plus
- Computer literacy
