Production worker

We’re seeking multiple candidates for production roles to work at a premier agriculture-related business in Ontario, OR.

Hiring for multiple production and production support roles to include :

General Labor, Packaging Machine Operator, Cutter Operator, Fryer Operator

Pay Rate & Shift :

Pay : ? $19-21 / hour (DOE, position and shift)

Shift : 12-Hour shift, 6 : 00pm 6 : 00am, rotating bi-weekly schedule

What’s a typical day look like? (varies by position) :

• Maintaining smooth operation of the production lines in a safe manner
• Ensuring product quality and production levels are achieved and sustained
• Following proper food safety sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Utilizing computer programs to communicate and track shift information
• Safely and efficiently performing tasks such as stripping and slipping case product, reworking held pallets, building and maintaining tote supply, hand palletizing, completing major clean up, operating the compactor, and operating processing machines, and assisting with various other tasks as needed
• Relieving other positions for breaks as requested

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Are able to work the night shift (6pm 6am)
• Have an acceptable safety record
• Have an acceptable attendance record
• Lift 75lbs & perform a variety of physical tasks continuously throughout shift
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
