What a typical day as a Production Worker might look like :
Corn seed bagging and palletizing.
Soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing.
Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.
Must be able to interpret and follow written production orders including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.
All training and instructions typically given on the job. Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
Excellent Punctuality.
Solid communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Flexible.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
Ability to pass forklift training test.
Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
Basic Math. Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge : Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc.
