Kelly Science is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to join a leading company located in Fairhaven, MA.

Pay : $25 / hour

Shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Employment type : 2 4-month contract (could be extended)

Job Duties Include :

  • Assist with customer surveys, including completing quality and company requirements.
  • Collecting audit related documentation from different departments and filing them in the appropriate spots.
  • Collecting departmental monthly metrics
  • Contacting customers to gather information on how to improve company scorecards.
  • Assisting with internal / external audit preparations. Qualifications :
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science related field strongly preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Previous quality assurance experience strongly preferred.
