Shop Service Manager (FT)

• Manages and coordinates repairs with the technicians and oversees service advisors of the shop.
• Supervises the sales team to ensure all repairs are transparent with the customers and to ensure a good customer experience when visiting our business.
• Monitor all shop duties and needs of the building.
• Maintaining and controlling shop parts and inventory.
• Responsible for leading and assigning tasks to shop mechanics to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize company costs, as well as, asset downtime.

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of shop management with a strong knowledge base of heavy highway equipment.
• Must have problem-solving skills and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must possess strong management skills.

• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Every other Saturday 8am to 12pm.
