Job Description
- Generate leads on a weekly basis by placing the appropriate recruiting ads with our third-party vendors.
- Review and maintain lead funnel to generate interviews.
- Conduct interviews in-person or video as appropriate.
- Select candidates to make offers of employment to.
- Monitor and assist candidates through the hiring process which includes completing onboarding, background check and drug test requests.
- Coordinate video training, orientation and on-the-road training with each candidate.
- Review timecard data on a biweekly basis ahead of a payroll cycle.
- Monitor benefits compliance.

- Salary Range: $17.00- $19.00 hour based on experience.
