LPN Position Summary:
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients with dignity and respect. Assists with oversight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.

A Day in the Life of a LPN at MyMichigan Health:
- (20%)* Assesses patient health care needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care for all assigned patient, recognizing the specific individual needs of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
- (20%)* Plans and prioritizes care required to meet assigned patients' health care needs.
- (20%)* Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and established policy.

Requirements We Are Looking For:
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification required.
