About the Role:
Position: Nurse Practitioner
Work Location: Onsite - Skilled Nursing Facility
Join Myndfull Care (MFC) as a full time Nurse Practitioner and dive into the innovative field of QEEG Neurofeedback therapy, with no prior experience needed. Ideal for new graduates or career changers, this role offers extensive training and mentorship in a supportive environment. We are looking for a NursePractitioner who will be fully supported while working independently with minimal supervision to provide QEEG Neurofeedback therapy (NFB), a non-pharmacological approach to treat mental health conditions and cognitive disorders. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be capable to work independently, as well as in a team, in a very fast paced environment.
- Must have the ability to communicate, engage, and maintain relationships with key staff members within the skilled nursing facility.
- Identifies and meets with Administrators, DON, and social workers monthly to provide updates for Neurofeedback patients.
- Educates family and staff about Neurofeedback therapy.
- Ability to see 10 patients per day for Neurofeedback therapy.
- Maintain applicable licenses and certifications for credentialing purposes
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner.
- Board certified and licensed in the state with AANP or ANCC.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in the healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and EMR’s.
- Strong technical problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with full support and minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
