Deposits Team Specialist

Minimum Qualifications 

• Strong communication skills 
• Knowledge of Excel 
• This position is for full-time direct team members only at this time

Job Summary

The Deposits Team Specialist seizes the opportunity to process client applications, deposits, refunds, general cash deposits, and audits of fallout loans. They also are responsible for balancing all incoming checks and credit card deposits and charge cards for company events. They provide support for the following areas: deposit-related questions, processing appraisal charges for third-party buyers, and appraisal CD corrections. 

Responsibilities

• Balance credit card charges 
• Make journal entries for all companies 
• Handle check deposits 
• Answer credit card disputes and chargebacks for all companies 
• Respond to lifeline calls and emails 
• Research manual appraisal changes
