Role Overview:
As a Runner at MyRoof, you will play a vital role in supporting our project teams by ensuring the timely delivery of materials to work sites, assisting with labor tasks both in the office and on-site, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into the roofing industry and develop a broad skill set. Please review the qualifications carefully. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of materials to job sites in a timely and safe manner.
- Assisting with loading and unloading of materials from vehicles.
- Lending a hand with various manual tasks, demonstrating a practical skill set.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment both at the office and on job sites.
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High level of honesty and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hands-on ability with a variety of tools and equipment, along with a keenness to expand these skills.
- Self-driven desire for excellence, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus but not required.
