MYSTIC INDOOR SPORTS RECEPTIONIST
Mystic Indoor Sports wishes to recruit a part-time year-round person to join our team in the delivery of high-quality service to customers. Everything about the Mystic Indoor Sports is about our commitment to our patrons and community. The hours will be flexible based on business demands, and the hours will include days, evenings and weekends.
THIS PERSON APPOINTED WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
Greet patrons as they enter or exit the club.
Check-in patrons and collect applicable fees
Assist with patrons’ sales and capture contact information
Answering questions from customers, prospective customers, referring customers to contact points from which they can obtain further information.
Schedule court and field reservations
Maintain a safe, clean and secure patron and work environment (includes lobby areas, field house, tennis facility, and club clubhouse (Silver Oak Mystic).
Promote all club programs and special events
Present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times
Complete daily reports and any special projects as assigned
As MIS expands its offerings assist management with various tasks.
WORK CONTEXT/ACTIVITIES:
In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications set forth above, this position requires physical activity, including but not limited to:
Lifting (up to 30lbs), carrying, walking, stooping, bending, stretching, twisting and reaching using entire body
Use of both fine and gross motor skills
Sit and to stand for long periods of time
Requires the employee to be pleasant with others on the job and display a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
