MyUS.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Our ideal candidate will be a proven initiative-taker with strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Position is located on-site in Sarasota, FL office.

WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THIS ROLE?
Full cycle recruitment to include screening applicants, setting interviews, extending offers of employment, and gathering pre-hire assessments and screenings
Conduct on boarding and orientation for new hires and internal promotions
Maintain ATS and HRIS systems/electronic files for new hires and internal promotions
Conduct open requisition meetings with hiring managers
Prepare and update new hire documents, job descriptions, and performance expectations
Coordinate on-site hiring events/job fairs
Cultivate and grow relationships and partnerships with local schools and organizations
Promote open requisitions via social media outlets
Track new hire and internal promotion milestones
Ad-hoc reporting for the HR department as requested
Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined and assigned by Management
WHAT EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES DO YOU NEED?
HS Diploma or GED required
2 years’ expansive recruiting experience in both exempt and non-exempt roles
Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel reporting abilities
Experience with logistics, warehouse, and/or manufacturing highly desired, but not required
Maintains employer and employee confidentiality; protects sensitive information
Exude exemplary customer service skills and uphold company core values
