Seeking Part-Time Executive Assistant based in L.A. (10-20 hours per week, with potential to grow into more hours) on-site schedule but open to some hybrid/remote work hours.
Company: A Southeast Asian food distribution company, with offices and warehouses based in L.A.
Strategy and Operations Department, this role will report directly to the head executive of this department.
Job Overview:
The role of the Executive Assistant is crucial in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's operations and administrative duties.
Duties:
- Event and travel coordination
- Schedule/Calendar management
- Email organization
- Responding to emails
- Attending meetings/keeping notes
- Project management/organization of projects
- Admin
- Research
- Liaison
- Misc tasks as assigned
Pay:
- $23-$25 an hour DOE
Requirements:
- Based in the LA area and can report on site multiple days per week
- Quick responsiveness to texts and emails during PST business hours
- Organizational skills including calendar and email management (Gmail and Outlook)
- Customer service skills
- Event coordination & travel booking experience preferred
- Tech savvy
- Willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude, resourcefulness/research skills
- Reliability
- Great communication skills
- Food industry experience helpful
- Laptop for WFH hours (with camera - one can be provided)
- Reliable wifi for WFH hours
