Landscape Maintenance Technician

Landscape & Lawn Care, LLC is seeking motivated individuals looking for a rewarding career who love to work outdoors and making established landscaping and properties look great for the 2024 season.  Full time seasonal working hours starting in March of 2024, three-day weekends (if desired), quality versus quantity style business model, daily commission opportunities, newer vehicles & equipment.

Duties as a member of our maintenance division include pruning plants, shrubs and trees.  Weeding and cleaning landscape planting beds.  Caring for the landscape appearance of established properties.   Compensation starts between $15 - $25 per hour working 40-45 hours per week.  Pay is based on experience, holding an active pesticides license, work ethic and positive attitude; pay increases can happen within a few weeks after showing understanding and results of the job duties.

Ideal Candidates

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Knowledge of plants & shrubs
• Is reliable, dependable, and brings a positive attitude
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Have the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Possess good communication skills
• Willingness to plow and/or snow blow sidewalks during winter months
