Job Description:
- A junior level resources is required to quickly and immediately support a regulatory review. The resource must be able to quickly learn about recordkeeping and surveillance frameworks, and be prepared to join meetings with senior executives and business leaders. The individual should have sharp critical thinking skills, and the ability to independently address assigned tasks.
- Relevant tasks may include:
· Independently owning and developing Excel trackers (e.g., tracking when documents are received or sent out for given workstreams)
· Independently synthesizing information from meetings into project SteerCo slides
· Drafting meeting minutes from stakeholder discussions
· Owning certain action items and follow-ups identified, including identifying the right stakeholders, independently contacting stakeholders, and collecting follow-up responses
· Support in tracking and reporting of local remediations, including helping to draft updates / follow-ups with the global teams
· Support in developing senior management and executive level reporting on the program status
· Communicate with global stakeholders to understand the interplay between global and local requirements & decisions
· As time goes on, supporting the team in managing portion of the local remediations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour

- Financial analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
