Principal

PRIMARY PURPOSE::

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead our educational institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to drive academic excellence.

Direct and manage the instructional program and supervise all operations at the campus level. Provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service and student success. Direct the implementation of district policies and instructional programs and manage the operation of all campus activities for a positive student and staff experience.

Responsibilities:

- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the school
- Manage all aspects of school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
- Engage with students, parents, and the community to foster a positive learning environment
- Conduct public speaking engagements and represent the school at events
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Lead education administration initiatives to enhance student outcomes

Skills:

- Proven experience in managing educational institutions or similar senior leadership roles
- Strong background in working with students of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated success in curriculum development and assessment
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff effectively
- Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles in an educational setting
- Exceptional public speaking abilities to engage various stakeholders effectively

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Certification:

Master’s degree in Educational Administration

Texas Principal Certificate or other appropriate Mid-Management Certificate

Certificate for appraiser in T-TESS

Pay: $71,373.09 - $85,954.69 per year
