Clinical Pharmacist

Position Title: Clinical Pharmacist BMT

Location: Gainesville, FL

Shift: Day Shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Flexibility as the program evolves

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a BMT/Cellular Therapy and broader healthcare team resource.
• Manage medication coordination for anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating therapies.
• Participate in pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations.
• Lead quality improvement projects related to oncology and cellular therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD). ASHP residency preferred.
• Experience: Recent (within the last year) experience in an acute hospital with an oncology focus.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) is required or must be willing to obtain once eligible.
• Prior experience in Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow Transplant program is essential.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a Florida Pharmacy License.
