🎯 We're Seeking a Data-driven Expert: With 5 years of Performance Marketing experience, preferably in gaming, we want you to scale our upcoming games through successful paid media campaigns.

🎯 Your Impact

• Own the optimization of key user acquisition channels across web & app
• Analyze and report paid performance data to key stakeholders
• Work part-time (20-30 hours/week) to achieve user growth targets for upcoming game titles
• Participate in continuous testing, focusing on creative optimization
• Optimize user journey through SEO, CRO, & ASO

📚 What You Bring

• 5 years of Paid Media experience, ideally within gaming
• Knowledge of key User Acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Skill in complex data analysis and conversion rate optimization on the Web
• Collaboration experience with teams on ad creative production
• Extensive know-how of mobile measurement tools (Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust) and web tracking (Google Analytics)
