N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support our customer. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.

N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to support our customer. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work in concert with Technology Transfer Office of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to audit and update the Technology Transfer (T2) database records ensuring accuracy.
- Oversee the aggregation, assimilation, and curation of data into a coherent repository, maintaining the accuracy of the T2 database to facilitate various reporting requirements.
- Generate synthesized data reports to facilitate informed decision-making, analyses, and recommendations, including monthly new technology reporting and data analysis.
- Develop and refine the maintenance of official records within technology transfer database, encapsulating technical reports, requirement documents, technology transition agreements, and memoranda.
- Review and analyze current data collection methods and develop new operating procedures to optimize efficiency of gather data records while ensuring accuracy of content.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to record methods of data collection and reporting.
- Support the identification, tracking, and disclosure of technology inventions and discoveries associated with Research and Development (R&D) projects that have the potential for commercialization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Three plus years of applicable experience.
- Experience working with databases and ensuring data quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with database software, data processing, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work. independently or under minimal guidance.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
