Overview
Na Aliʻi is seeking a Capture Analyst to support our Management Consulting Services line of business (MC). This individual will support senior leadership, the Business Development team, and project managers to manage and grow our Management Consulting line of business. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who promotes collaboration and embraces learning and innovation.
Responsibilities

- Build and manage the MC pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities; running capture and developing relationships; developing win strategies and gate briefs; and attending industry events
- Collaborate with Executives, Senior Managers, Project Managers, BD Team Members and SMEs to define and execute our BD Strategy
- Facilitate the MC BD Team to engage team members, as appropriate, in business development opportunities and maintain an updated past performance library
- Develop the MC Market Research Team briefing for Executive Leadership. Provide analysis of the pipeline and recommendations. Support or lead bi-weekly pipeline updates to Executives and Shared Services Departments
- Support proposal development, to include coordinating SME inputs, writing and editing content, and reviewing proposals. In coordination with the assigned Proposal Manager, develop responses for market research, sources sought, and RFIs
- Develop and present capabilities briefings to customers. Understand our MC service offerings and approaches to better inform our briefings, responses, and marketing materials
- Utilize Salesforce, GovWin, Qlik, and other tools to research, track, and update opportunities and projects
- Strive to continuously improve processes and product delivery
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses expertise and experience in the business development cycle. Specifically, the ideal candidate will be familiar with and have experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Working knowledge of Federal contracting industry is required
- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills. Ability to apply stylistic and grammatical standards to a variety of content types
- Experience synthesizing complex or diverse information
- Ability to research, collect, and analyze contract information to inform an approach
- Willingness to take initiative and solve problems
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to work under pressure and sometimes after core business hours to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working across teams. Willingness to share expertise with others and give and receive honest feedback
- Project management skills and experience leading teams
- Experience with GWACs, MACs, and 8(a) direct awards is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, GovWin, or Qlik is preferred
Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Five years of experience in Business Development or project delivery is required.
Location: This position reports to our Arlington, Virginia office 3-5 days per week.
Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Must be a US Citizen.
