Sous Chef

Hey there! We're Nacho Mama's, a Baltimore, Md restaurant that's all about making the tastiest, most innovative Tex-Mex meals around. And we're looking for a full-time Sous Chef to join our staff! As part of our culinary team, you'll work alongside our great chef, whipping up incredible dishes while learning new techniques and tricks. You'll also be part of the exhilarating hustle and bustle of our fun restaurant!

YOUR DAY AS A SOUS CHEF

As a Sous Chef, you are an integral member of our kitchen team. Each day, you manage our inventory, order supplies, and make sure that very little goes to waste. Keeping costs in check is another of your important tasks, and you are skilled at making us as profitable as possible.

Most importantly, you work alongside our head chef, mentoring the staff and preparing delicious dishes that bring our customers back again and again. Innovative and inventive, you enjoy creating new dishes for our Specials menu. Your love for cooking and teamwork is evident in every scrumptious plate you serve!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Culinary experience
• Leadership skills

4 years of culinary and management experience would be a plus. Are you self-motivated? Do you work well as part of a team? Are you dedicated to improving your cooking skills? WORK SCHEDULE

This culinary position is full-time and typically works 10 to 12-hour shifts. Day, night, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are available.
