The QA Lead Will:
- Establishing QA processes and procedures and overseeing the testing of a product or a service
- Reviewing business requirements and design specifications for completeness and testability
- Developing testing plans, automation test cases, and QA documentation
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
- Experience in working in a Quality Assurance and Testing services capacity in a cross-functional, multivendor structure with clients Experience – Project Management
What you'll bring to Nagarro:
- 10 to 15 years of experience with QA in the US Public Sector (State, Local, Federal).
- Experience with agile delivery model and methodological tools such as JIRA is a plus.
- Experience in Scrum Development, digital product, software, or digital platform creation is a plus.
- The candidate should know how to navigate conflicts in multi-stakeholder requirements and know how to build consensus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.
- Post-graduate studies, preferably in Engineering, an MBA is preferred.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
