Personal Assistant

We love our trade, and we'd love to bring you into our world.

We're growing rapidly, and are now in need of an assistant to the owner for various tasks.

We are hustlers, jackasses, good people, and always learning.

We leverage tech to make our work life as smooth as possible.

We believe people in the trades are underpaid and overworked, and that they should be rewarded for the stellar work they do.

We are NOT your typical contracting company.

What we hope you'll do for us:
- Remove general tasks from owner's plate, potentially (but not limited to) managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements; data entry/filing; organizing; invoicing

-Assist homeowners in color selections
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, organization, filing, and transcribing
- Professionally handle customer interactions and communications

-Create and edit content for company and owner social media accounts

-Cold call architects and contracting firms to obtain information

-Visit job sites to provide a happy face and colorful conversation for customers; represent the company in an upbeat and positive manner

Skills we hope you have:
- Basic understanding of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

-Stronger understanding of smartphone apps than the owner

-Creative ability to produce short form content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Superior customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively (these are what our company is built on)
- Friendly and always in a splendid mood
- Highly professional etiquette and appearance

This position will start off as part time, with the hope that it will lead to a salaried full time position down the road if the individual jives well with us. We are optimistically searching for someone that wants to grow with us.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
