Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist

Our retail shop is seeking a Sales Specialist who has 5 years experience and desire to work independently. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers in locating merchandise, answering questions about products and helping customers find the products they need. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude, communication skills and an interest in helping customers find an item they need.

Job Responsibilities

As a Jewelry Sales Specialist, you will build customer confidence, provide accurate information, and promote products through point of successful sale. You will be responsible for establishing professional, yet personalized rapport with each customer in order to close sales and provide the best customer experience.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates for the Jewelry Sales Specialist role should have the ability and desire to actively engage customers, sell merchandise, and provide excellent customer service.

Additional requirements of the Retail Sales Specialist include:

• 5 years retail sales experience and/or 2 years experience in luxury environment, preferred
• Prior retail and/or selling experience in Fine Jewelry/Gemstones preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with basic math skills
• Ability to learn selling skills and to operate a POS register.
• Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.
