Job Details:
We are hiring independent maintenance technicians. Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location. This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare the surface for new installation.
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working at heights
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous experience as a roofer
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques and specailized in at least one type of roofing. ie. Tile, metal , foam, tpo
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
