Executive Housekeeper (TRAVEL REQUIRED)

Nannies more…® International is seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager / Companion to work across 3 residences

Title: Professional Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager / Companion for the Elder Gentleman, who is slowly needing more assistance

Location: Based in Wilton, CT (Fall & 6 weeks in the late Spring; Key Largo, FL (Winter & Early Spring - Jan - Mid-May) and Maine (Summer)

Local Candidates: Candidates should live within driving distance from Wilton OR Driving Distance to Key Largo (Ocean Reef Club); LIVE-OUT Accommodations will be provided in FL if you live in CT and vice versa, if you live in FL, they will be provided in CT. There is a separate house available in ME on the property provided.

Client: A mature couple (70s-80s)

Overview: Clients have a busy “to-do” list and not enough time or hands themselves to keep up with all their needs. Seeking an Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager to assist them.

Type of Accommodations: CT and ME BOTH have suite with en suite bath & private area for a Live-in; FL would have to be sorted -- possible places to live in FL would be Key Largo or Homestead. TBD.

Start Date: Immediately, Interviewing and doing 3 day working interviews with a target to have secured the Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager / Companion by the beginning of May.

Basic Overview of Duties*:

• Take responsibility and ensure that the family’s schedule and home run smoothly
• Assist with daily chores (cleaning, bedding, full-service laundry)
• Cooking – Breakfast and lunch daily, dinner occasionally; clean-up needed after each meal
• Plant Management – we have many plants and orchids that will need loving care and attention. Training provided.
• Medication & supplement management/assistance
• Run errands, take Mr. to doctor appointments, grocery shopping (family car provided)
• Family Assistance – be available to help the Mr. & Mrs. as needed
• Travel with the family (Connecticut, Florida, and Maine

Type of Home Environment: Casual but Busy, Organized

Hours:

8-4 M-TH when in CT

TBD outside of CT, but at least Full-Time Guaranteed of 40 hours

On-call: Rare

Overnights: Rare

Travel: Yes b/w Residences

Weekends: Rare

Compensation: EXCELLENT - Commiserate with Experience but $40-$45 an hour is the range, which is $83,200 to $93,600. Can be W2 or CASH – 40 Hours Guaranteed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional Caregiver experience in private homes as an Executive Housekeeper / Household Manager / Companion
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background/driving record.
• Candidate must be COVID Vaccinated and keep up with Boosters.

• Experience in the areas of elder care is a plus – recognize and report signs of mental distress
• Provide flexibility in scheduling and availability
• Desire for a Long-term Position
