What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Nanny position at Nanny Kate & Co.?
Full-time Nanny needed in Waltham for 3-month-old twins, starting in mid-April 2024 (could start as early as mid-March for the right fit). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find someone looking to commit for 2 years!
A great match for this family is experienced caring for two infants at a time (daycare, nanny share, twin care) who is confident, professional, caring, patient, and has good judgment. Someone passionate about working with infants with an excitement to plan and engage the babies in developmentally appropriate activities and outings! A native Spanish speaker would be a great bonus, but not required.
The nanny must drive as the family is not located near public transportation.
The family has no pets.
Compensation: $35/hour (DOE) with paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay is on the books through payroll.
