What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny/Caregiver position at Nanny?
We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Key West. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified and knows how to cook and shop. I will need a professional nanny to take care of my boy and prioritise him, help him reach his developmentalmilestones, teach him and play with him. Shifts will mostly be Ams from 9-5 but flexibilityis also required. I need someone that will love my baby as if they are their own when I'm away.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and educational play
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Follow any specific instructions or routines provided by parents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, daycare, or nannying
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and child development stages
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
- Ability to cook basic meals for children
- Experience with infant care is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education
