Nantucket Looms is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling online sales, managing inventory and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes and fulfills orders and returns
  • Assists in managing inventory for both ecommerce and retail shop
  • Assists in uploading images to website and inputting product details
  • Assists marketing team with photoshoots
  • Provides customer support for online inquiries and issues

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
  • Familiarity with Shopify and POS systems
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
  • Must have driver's license

This position offers the opportunity to work in a creative environment surrounded by beautiful merchandise. A positive attitude and a strong ability to multi-task is a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
