The Afterhours Truckload Coverage Representative supports the Pittsburgh and Mechanicsburg office from 1500-0000 Monday-Friday. This position works independently to provide solutions to issues that occur outside of regular business hours.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound & outbound call center support to drivers, carriers & customers during and outside of normal business hours. (1500-0000)
• Determine & execute solutions for failed or open shipments/orders in all regions.
• Accurately enter and maintain up to date information on a continuous basis in TMW.
• Utilize load boards to match freight with carrier capacity to drive efficiency, speed & volume of loads covered. (DAT, TruckerTools, TruckStop.com).
• Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to all customers (Internal Customers, External Customers, Carriers, and Drivers).Respond to emails within 20 minutes of receipt.
• Ensure all check calls are up to date prior to the end of day, daily. This includes dispatching all orders and updating shipper & consignee arrival/departures.
• Meet or exceed customer and company expectations for Trucker Tools tracking compliance.
• Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience: 2-3 years; experience in logistics, sales or a related field preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors’ degree preferred or commensurate experience.
